  2. As a matter of fact, it seems this objective is no more a US navy objective but a USAF one... the F-35 ... they are around half a trillion already... (ok not yet but who care of 50 billions :) )...

  3.  @calvingreene90  so? The F35 program objective was to finance the US industry with the money of their allies... And the US probably funded their own next fighter on the funds.
