@amyeastman8764 When I was a young man in the 1970s, I wanted cool-looking long hair like the rock stars. But unfortunately, like you, my hair was frizzy and puffed out ridiculously if I grew it over my ears. Such are the problems of youth. Now I'm 70 and my hair is perfect to grow long but I don't bother because it'll look stupid. There's no justice, is there?

It's great that so many girls have very long hair. In the 1970s fashion magazines, Hollywood and TV pushed for women to have shoulder-length hair at the most and really short hair bobs at worst. All through the 80s and 90s girls cut their hair but something happened and they went back to beautiful long hair.
