He worked there for 40 years and was making $98,000/year when he retired and his retirement is $73,000/year with free medical, and dental, with no co-pay. He has a large house in NW CT and a nice house just south of Jacksonville FL. So when a man says that he's a janitor, don't automatically think he is a loser because he may be in the Municipal Workers Union making good money.
