This man was a victim of his own religion and his prejudices, not being able to look at a conflict from both or more sides. There was on October 7th no invasion of Israel. It was an act of the Palestinians who consider Israel an illegal colonial state on Palestinian land. That can actually very well be funded on the way the constitution went ahead without any consult with the Palestinian people living in Palestine. To explain it the November 2nd Balfour Declaration is vital, not being a religiouis argument but a lawful argument.
Further more, not even the International Community (UN) has the right to constitute a new state (Israel) on other peoples land (Palestine), without their consent. This follows from the one page November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declaration on behalf of the British Crown. The same thing happened at the Berlin Colonial Conference 1884-1885. Africa was divided among the European powers. Not a single African was present, so no consent. There is no legalization for that, it is unlawful, just like in the Palestine case.
Israel has no right to exist on other people's land. This follows from the November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declartation. When you read the one page carefully. It states the conditions by the British Crown under which the refugee jews were allowed to live in Palestine. One of the conditions is “‘that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-jewish communities in Palestine”. Consistently violated.
The Berlin Conference took place from November 15, 1884 to February 26, 1885, in which Africa was divided among the European powers. Without one African present and without consuling the African people. Thus without their consent. This is called colonization. The same goes for other people to decide over the territory of Palestine without the consent of the people, as in 1917 by the British Crown, is called colonization. The International Community (UN) does not have the right to constitute a new state (Israel) on other peoples land (Palestine). This follows from the one page November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declaration on behalf of the British Crown.
