  1. A State is an entity just as a coorporation as well as a private person. All Palestinians are entities and have rights.

  2. Israel is still occupying and therefore under international law Israel has no right to defend itself as an aggressor and continued occupier. Basma is right.

  3. Under International Law Israël does NOT have the right to defend itself because the Israëli’s are the illegal occupier and they have NO LEGAL GROUND. The resistance HAS A LEGAL GROUND to resist illegal, violent occupation of their land.
