The definition is: “Terrorism (from the Latin word terror, panic) is the commission of serious violence, or serious threat thereof, WITHOUT LAWFUL GROUNDS, for a political or religious purpose. In most understandings of what terrorism is, it must involve illegal violence, usually linked to civilians and victims. This means that Hamas is not a terrorist organization but a resistance movement that even has the right to use violence. Israël, together with the US are the terrorists because the occupation is not a legal ground.

  5. Israel has no right to exist on other people's land. This follows from the November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declartation. When you read it carefully. It states the conditions by the British Crown under which the refugee jews were allowed to live in Palestine. One of the conditions is “‘that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religeous rights of existing non-jewish communities in Palestine”. Mind you, already in 1917.
