  3. Of course, India should have been a member of the UN Security Council long ago. They are right that the structure needs to change. China and Russia must take the lead in this regard. The other three Western states prove that they are not democratic, but want to dictate the world. The word “democracy” is often used to cover up misconduct. And the veto is not democratic either.
