This means that Hamas is not a terrorist organization but a resistance movement that even has the right to use violence. Israel has no right to exist on other people's land. This follows from the November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declaration. When you read the one page carefully. It states the conditions by the British Crown under which the refugee jews were allowed to live in Palestine. One of the conditions is: “that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-jewish communities in Palestine”. Consistently violated.
