@ehisgeorge414 There is a huge difference in the legal position between freedom fighters and terrorists. The definition is: “Terrorism (from the Latin word terror, panic) is the commission of serious violence, or serious threat thereof, WITHOUT LAWFUL GROUNDS, for a political or religious purpose. In most understandings of what terrorism is, it must involve illegal violence, usually linked to civilians and victims. This means that Hamas is not a terrorist organization but a resistance movement that even has the right to use violence. Israël, together with the US are the terrorists because the occupation is not a legal ground.

@azwienkhresna207 Israel has no right to exist on other people's land. This follows from the November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declartation. When you read it carefully. It states the conditions by the British Crown under which the refugee jews were allowed to live in Palestine. One of the conditions is “‘that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religeous rights of existing non-jewish communities in Palestine”. Consistently violated.

@biolab2024demostation The Palestinians will because they never give up on their own land.

@kaizen_monk The International Community (UN) does not have the right to constitute a new state (Israel) on other peoples land (Palestine). This follows from the one page November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declaration on behalf of the British Crown. Look it up. Don't believe people say that it is complicated. It's not with a clear mind.

@kaizen_monk In general, yes, but this does not apply to the jews because conditions have been imposed on the admission of jewish refugees to Palestinian territory. Apparently you have not yet read the Balfour Declaration 1917 even though I pointed it out to you.

The Bible is a religious argument, not a lawful argument. The Bible is not the Word of God. These books, including the Torah, were written by and for the jews themselves. There is no Word of God other than our conscience, no Chosen People and no Holy Land. The land was and is Palestinian territory in the Arab Middle East. All the Israelites must be moved to the United States because the Israelites have abused during 75 years the unique and dubious opportunity for their own state. They will never follow and obey the law, not even after 75 years.

@kaizen_monk What do you think, when did the war start?

@zzk501 You are right. You can read Jimmy Carter, Palestine, Peace not Apartheid and Rashid Khalidi, The Hundred Year's War on Palestine. You can buy a cap that says Free Palestine, You can study and write and you can finish friendships with pro-Israel people and and establishing friendly contacts with the Palestinians. The real heirs of the land.

@Yuki1000 Nonsens. Where did you hear or read that? There is no reason to assume that. The fantasy is only in your head. When yo say that about the jews, the proof of that is aleady there.

@kaizen_monk Wrong. Read the Balfour Declaration 1917 which is legal proof of the Palestinians being the inhabitants of Palestine at the time the jews came as refugees.Religious arguments do not hold in court because they are not lawful.
