It states the conditions by the British Crown under which the refugee jews were allowed to live in Palestine. One of the conditions is “‘that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religeous rights of existing non-jewish communities in Palestine”. Consistently violated.

This follows from the one page November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declaration on behalf of the British Crown. Look it up. Don't believe people say that it is complicated. It's not with a clear mind.
