It states the conditions by the British Crown under which the refugee jews were allowed to live in Palestine. @ahmengtan6139 Interesting question and it is a fair question. First of all, the war was not against Israel, but against Israel/USA. Without the US, Israel does not exist. If someone stole something from you, your wife, a bicycle, a house or a piece of land, would you agree if, after decades, they offered to give you half of it back? And legally, you would have your rights as long as you don't give them up.

Let me tell you a secret that most people do not know. The word 'Israel' is a pseudonym for 'US military base in the Middle East'. That's why these huge amounts of money go to such a tiny little place. Without American funding there is no Israel. And that explains why Joe Biden screemd decades ago, that if there was no Israel, America had to invent it. You may read about it in the books that I recommended on this topic.
