Africa was divided among the European powers. Not a single African was present, so no consent. There is no legalization for that, it is unlawful, just like in the Palestine case.

The illegal establishment of the State of Israel on the land of other peoples dates back to 1948. This must be corrected legally and, if necessary, by force.
