@symbioticedifice237 No, you have to motivate your statement with your sources. The Bible is a religous source and not a lawful source, so not valid in court. By the way, my Bible shows on the first page the territory from the river to the see in the Arab Middle East and it says: "Palestine at the time of the Old Testament." You think I have the wrong Bible?

@maxsavage3998 Thank you. I agree with you that the acts on October 7th are terrorist acts. Very bad. Yet that does not say it all. In the East, China, Iran, Turkey they consider Hamas a liberation organisatioin, meaning that there is more to the acts on October 7th. In the West people prefer to consider Hamas a terrorist organisation and that's it. You know why. The West tries to avoid responsability for the ongoing occupation which is in fact a colonisation. That has always been what you can also qualify as terrorism. You may check the Berlin Conference November 15, 1884 to February 26, 1885 and the Balfour Decaration November 2nd 1917.

@sidschukowv6677 I fulty agree, and we need to distinguish between the term Jews and Zionists. Netanyahu says the state of Israel is a jewish state for the jews alone. That can not be a democratie. the separation of state and 'church' is a good thing. Like the Trias Politica, separation of powers.

@Alexdorio-kc9yf You did not read that Balfour Declaration November 2nd 1917 because there was nothing to implement. It only states the permission by the British Crown and the condition under which the jewish refugees were allowed to go live in Palestine. Read it more carefuly.

@symbioticedifice237 Hm, I have to look at that. But it is already dubious to say: "I know there was a great man named Jezus." That is based on religious books. And people are fighting wars about their religious books. I'm a Humanist and a scientist and I want to respect religion and even want to read the qoran, but I also did International Law. My religious arguments, such as a promised land written by the jews themselves, being not lawful, will not hold in court.

@Habibi-vy4hy The Berlin Conference took place from November 15, 1884 to February 26, 1885, in which Africa was divided among the European powers. Without one African present and without consulting the African people. Thus without their consent. This is called colonization. The same goes for other people to decide over the territory of Palestine without the consent of the people, as in 1917 by the British Crown, is called colonization. The International Community (UN) does not have the right to constitute a new state (Israel) on other peoples land (Palestine). This follows from the one page November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declaration on behalf of the British Crown.

Why don';t you read the one page Balfour Declaration? The context here is that in 1917 there were jews as well as christians and muslims and atheists and humantist in the area called Palestine. Non of thnese groups dominated the others. For the refugee jews to go and live there after WWI there was a condition stated by the British Crown. What was that condtion?

These books, including the Torah, were written by and for the jews themselves. There is no Word of God other than our conscience, no Chosen People and no Holy Land. The land was and is Palestinian territory in the Arab Middle East. All the Israelites must be moved to the United States because the Israelites have abused during 75 years the unique and dubious opportunity for their own state. They will never follow and obey the law, they don't even respect the Ten Commandments.

Since that time, the jews were no longer persecuted and safe in that area. They did violate the declaration by chasing away and prosecuting the residents present. Up to the present day.

Is it not the jewish state and people adhering the crimes that are commited to the Palestinian people? Mind you, there is a legal procedure with the accusation of genocide.
