Armenia has shown already they won't. Regardless everyone recognises it as Azerbaijan internationally. So Azerbaijan is fighting a foreign invasion, a defensive war.

@MrPotanton this is the type of argument Israel uses. "We lived here 3000 ago so it's still ours!" - try some better reasons. And going by your own logic, the modern state of Armenia also only existed for 30 years.

@MrPotanton No, that's not my logic. It's still Azeri jurisdiction, whereas Israel as a state hadn't existed for 2000 years after the Romans destroyed it. Really? I'd say the Azeris in nagorno are pretty scared seeing as their population is plummeting.
