Crumpling up a sign or expressing dislike for the police, should be the right of every American. As dissension was supposed to be protected by our 1st amendment. I agree that the charge will never stick and I hope that they drop all charges and she launch’s a suit against the police For a constitutional violation.

Powerful human beings, that hold authority in their office with barely any accountability for their abuse of out most Sacred legal protections. It’s our salient rights which need to be upheld and exorcised, or else they will be eliminated through abusive practices, by the Authority of the state.
