  3. He claimed he wasn’t going to leave the car, until he got home. Which I assume was where his wheelchair is. I don’t have a problem with the police wanting him to exit the vehicle but they could have been a bit more Sensitive in how this was accomplished. Pulling him by his hair just seemed wrong to me.

  4. He may have a lawsuit but police never get indicted for brutality that doesn’t lead to extreme injury and even than It’s up for debate because of sympathetic prosecutors.
