I like how Mr. Frank watched how to do the steps and wanted to learn how to do them. He may learn how to replace his deck and install a new back door. Maybe a front yard garden of flowers. He obviously wants to grow some plants.

I don't think it was the same man because this one has a truck with a large trailer attached. Even the backyard was a lot better. The mowing and edging the sidewalk of the empty house next door was also a blessing for the neighborhood.

Such a great job as usual! I love that you built new steps, anchored the railing, and even fixed part of the fence. Now, they have a home that they can paint, plant flowers, rebuild the deck, etc.... I even like that you repurposed some of the old fencing and cleaned up the yard and sidewalk of the empty house next door. You are such a good person. Mr. Frank and his daughter were so nice and appreciative.

There was a cat on the front porch too. Hopefully, Mr. Frank and his daughter will continue with house projects like painting, flowers in the new flower beds, etc.......

@kdo11072000 hmmm....could be the same neighborhood. Maybe it's a race thing. Some blacks don't want whites in their neighborhood. So strange!
