and russia cant produce their high tech rockets in their previous volume because their supply of chips has been cut. they will continue to make some, but not in the volume they were doing.

ruSSian oil has been selling at lower than $48. the last oil price for russian crude was $54.67 a barrel. so ruSSia is not making enough money to meets its budget. so YES, economic sanctions are taking a toll. if anyone tells you different, they are lying or just ignorant.

ruSSia has been selling its oil at discounted prices. they were hoping for at least $60 a barrel for their budget. the russian govt's budget is set for $60 a barrel. ruSSia is running a budget deficit. ruSSia has not achieved $60 a barrel oil.
