Which is why he was fired and is facing criminal charges. It wasn’t the same car, it wasn’t the same person, he didn’t follow policy or procedure. He recklessly escalated a non-violent situation and attempted to murder the wrong child because of a bruised ego. Stop defending murderers. Hat of the ass.

The child did nothing wrong and was shot repeatedly, by an officer who was fired for not following protocol and procedure, and had the wrong kid and wrong car. The kid tried to put the car into park but the cop escalated using deadly force before he could. You’re definitely blaming the innocent victim, and you should stop.
