@Rachel Weeps A ten year of child is also a young human being, but isn’t a fetus. A newborn isn’t dependent on another person’s body without consent. If you’re going to cry about human rights, why would a fetus be given special rights which no other humans are granted? The right to use another person’s body without consent?

I’ve copied the actual definition from Oxford languages below: a young human being below the age of puberty or below the legal age of majority. "she'd been playing tennis since she was a child" It doesn’t include the fetus. Lol. Ever seen a fetus play tennis?
