Comments by "Moon Shoes" (@moonshoes11) on "Ohio police officer on leave after violent arrest" video.
You’re blaming the victim. They could have called the police at any time for any reason. But she paid for something she didn’t get. She has a right to request it be made correctly. She was already leaving and not interested in coming back. The cops were criminals here.

You’re blaming the victim. The cop was the criminal. Licking boots is unbecoming.

@peterlongprong7521 She is going to get paid, with your tax dollar.

@WARANDORDERBATMAN That isn’t a violation of the law. She was actively leaving when the police blocked her in. She only needs to identify if she was being charged with trespassing. She can’t be charged with trespassing until she is trespassed then returns. Learn your rights. The police were the criminal here. They escalated and assaulted an innocent citizen.

@WARANDORDERBATMAN I did watch the video. She doesn’t have to provide ID unless the police can articulate a crime. At that point she had not violated any laws. She is legally allowed to refuse providing identification. It isn’t a lawful order just because it comes out of an officer’s pie hole. Learn your rights, BL.

@WARANDORDERBATMAN Besides that, the police escalated the situation. She was done and ready to leave. Those were her first words to the police. They had her blocked in and prevented her from leaving. Learn your rights.

Stop blaming the victim.

@johnwattdotca I never made any such assertion. But when a lawsuit comes, and it will, it will be paid by tax payer money.
2
@WARANDORDERBATMAN You can’t be charged for resisting an illegal arrest. You enjoy licking boots, eh?
2
John Rike Your racism is duly noted. The police were the criminals here. Yes, they should be locked up.

@John-jz7zz She wasn’t a suspect, and was detained illegally. The conflict between her and McDonald’s was resolved with a refund since they couldn’t correctly add an additional slice of cheese to sandwich which was requested and paid for. She considered the matter resolved and was leaving of her own will when she was blocked by police. The cops were the criminals who assaulted the innocent citizen.

@johnwattdotca I think you’re on the wrong video.
1
@John-jz7zz Circular reasoning. The cops are the criminals. What did they lie about?
1
@John-jz7zz Assault, at least. Violation of first and fourth amendments, perhaps.
1
@John-jz7zz You’re worried about a greater likelihood of escalation? It was the officers that escalated the situation to begin with. No, they’re not permitted to escalate and assault innocent citizens. You people are always opposed to accountability and Constitutional rights being exercised, because you like licking boots. They weren’t “doing their job”, child.
1
@John-jz7zz I watched the video which was longer than 5 seconds. You’re opposed to our rights guaranteed by the Constitution. The cops were criminals in this case, and you 99% statistic is entirely fiction. The police clearly escalated, and committed assault. The law suit will show you’re just another bootlicker who doesn’t for their world, view based on evidence, but emotion instead.

John Rike The police were the criminals here. Your racism is duly noticed.

@WARANDORDERBATMAN You don’t believe in the Constitution?

Cops are criminals too.
