  1. That’s shouldn’t be riden on the road unless it’s in bike lane. They should be on the sidewalk. What idiots would go onto the freeway is loco and no helmet! It’s too slow. Not even mopeds and Vespa’s are allowed on hwy. People have no common sense anymore.
