  1. all what India did for South Korea, as mentioned by Palki was a fraction what the UK and US did for South Korea. Hundreds of thousands were medically treated by the Americans and the British. While India was being neutral, the Allied force actually fought to defend the South Koreans. After hostilities ceased, the Americans rebuilt South Korea's infrastrucure and economy. When you take all of what I mentioned into account, it makes sense why South Koreans don't care much for Indians.
