No one is even arguing this is campaign money, they are arguing it was trumps personal money so even if what you claimed is true, that trump paid for this. Which again we have sworn testimony that it isn’t true, the fact trump used his own money and there’s no limit to how much personal money you can donate to a campaign, no crime

None will stick, Feds have already refused to prosecute this because it’s nonsense, it’s past the statute of limitations and it’s not even a jail-able offence, it’s a fine at worst.
