  6. She cant do maths. She thinks because there are more white people in UK that if they make up 55% on tv theyre overrepresented. Theyre not. Same as Exeter uni where non-whites were 26% yet the uni claimed they were underrepresented but were actually twice overrepresented(perhaps organically)as they only make up 13% of UK population. And Exeter uni wantes to increase the non-white student body which would have discriminated white ppl. She needs to learn maths ffs

No. They arw bwing hyperbolic and angry at the policy and making the point that if it was all about merit the policy wouldnt exist. No person thinks no black person in a job didnt get there on merit. The point is if there was a white person better than them they wouldnt get the job due to the policy.
