  1. To all those people thinking of setting up a franchise they’ll think twice about opening a McDonald’s if they’re in danger of being hit by a boycott, so that’s a win. Less customers means less mess and rubbish for landfill so that’s a win. A healthy community doesn’t eat mc Donald’s so that’s a win. And workers get paid regardless so that’s a win. It’s not all about money it’s sending a message to let the business owners and executives that we are the consumers and we will let our wallet do the talking!!

Thought no advertising in here but here’s the bbc trying to pull on the heartstrings of the public……when was the last time a “small business owner” had a mc Donald’s franchise? The real workers who actually keep the business afloat don’t care they get paid regardless, this hits the big executives and the “establishment “ don’t like it😂
