Exactly how much income tax on every £1 earned, value added tax on everything we buy, massive taxes on fuel, cigarettes and alcohol, council tax, and national insurance is taken by government every year? We pay billions in NI for hardly any health services. Pay billions in Council tax, for hardly any services from the local government, pay MASSIVE amounts of tax on petrol and car tax for terrible roads. Exactly where is this money going? We need more say and information on exactly where all our taxes are going! Too much secrecy in government considering they extract 90% of our wages every month
