Let's analyze this: did Iraqi army had any anti air capabilities like Ukraine did? Nope. Do you know what's s-300, strela, and other anti air specs are? Nope. Trust me if Iraqi had at least those america would not rule the skies in iraq very easily and would be forced to send men to battle and we both know land battles was at a minimal and airforce did 70% or more in Iraq. Also American generals admit that if Iraqi army was very well trained they could cause catastrophic casualties on their tank battalions as it's proven they destroyed Some Abrams.
