  1. It's clear he didn't mean to kill him, the chokehold was to incapacitate him, made him faint and then he could let go. But yeah, sometimes, people underestimate their strength when they're doing the chokehold esp. he was under duress as well, trying to stop this guy from harming others and himself. So tsk, he didn't calculate his strength correctly.
