  1. Seriously. I'm so scared for my kid of this young generation. He's going to be renting first, and to see the high price, I'd rather him stay at home and save his dollars (of course, if he wants to move out, he should be able to!). We purchased our home but in addition to rental high going up, guess what? The property tax goes up too. I'm actually SCARED even as a homeowner of what's going to happen to us when we can't work anymore. We can't pay the property tax-insurance-utility bills anymore with the so-called SSN coming to us. I intend to work forever :(
