  1. The 'Think Tank' is so flippant, they can't and shouldn't be speaking for the victims. Charles Vallow's family deserves to have justice. I would say that the victims (even the alive one: Brandon Boudreaux) deserve justice. Although I do understand that AZ is eager because their LE dropped the ball on Lori & Alex, so that's probably their motivation of the indictment.

  2. I hope the panel will remember that there are real people/families connected to these upcoming trials. I understand the argument, oh she's going to jail for life in Idaho anyway, why bother with Arizona--isn't this a waste of taxpayer's money? First of all, we don't know if she will be going to jail for life without parole. If the judge considers her mental state (some said 'delusion') in his penalty, judge may still give her parole. Or 25 years. Or else. We don't know for sure until we hear the sentencing. Plus, some would argue also that what if during appeal process, they overturn the verdict due to extenuating circumstances? That can happen too. Then she'll be a 'free woman.' Plus the victims' families deserve to have closure: Both the Vallows and the Boudreaux.

  3. 100% But I'm not sure if they did some investigation into her and find tangible evidence. We can all deduce that Melani gave Lori and Alex, Brandon's address. Wasn't she one of the 5 people who knew his new address before he got shot at? But is that enough for conspiracy... we all know she wanted the insurance payout since her name was still in the beneficiary then, right? It sounds to me that they're just focusing on Lori VD because as we all know, she's "easier" target, she's been convicted for murders, conspiracy and grand theft...PLUS it's their LE (AZ: Chandler and Gilbert) who got a lot of heat by many for basically 'dropping the ball.' Dismissing Charles Vallow's fear, believing the murderers that it's self defense, which resulted in Alex and Lori being able to murder more (Tylee, JJ, Tammy).
