  7. I say.... position all captured Russian soldiers near Kyiv and other cities in Ukraine.......then apply the "No Fly Zone"..... that way, Putin won't be able bomb the cities unless he decides to sacrifice those soldiers in addition to the 13,000 he already lost since the start of his invasion
