A new filing by the company states that “as of June 30, 2023, and December 31, 2022, management has substantial doubt that TMTG will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due, including liabilities related to promissory notes previously issued by TMTG,” and that “TMTG believes that it may be difficult to raise additional funds through traditional financing sources in the absence of material progress toward completing its merger with Digital World.” Trump also revealed in his financial disclosures that his controlling stake of the Truth Social parent company, TMTG, is worth as little as $5 million.

For once in his life, Roy is right. Republicans have done nothing good since taking control of the House. They waste their time ousting their own Speaker, hatefully ranting about transgender people, and idiotically grandstanding. Americans must take Roy's words to heart and vote Republicans out of office. They don't care about you and the won't represent your interests.

BREAKING: Jonathan Miller, the attorney for Misty Hampton (one of trump's co-defendants in the Fulton County RICO case) just admitted to leaking the confidential witness videos of Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell to the media. He said he only released it to one outlet. Frankly, I think we should have access to more video clips like these, of course if there weren't so many dangerous trump loons out there threatening the lives of witnesses.
