  6. Senate Dems have the votes to end the filibuster. They should do it today. The filibuster isn't in the Constitution. Arguably, it's unconstitutional. The Framers did not allow a minority of Senators to obstruct the majority.

  7. 11 years ago the Supreme Court decided corporations are people under the 1st Amendment, thereby opening the floodgates to corporate money in politics. Citizens United is among the worst decisions in history. It must be reversed, or the Constitution must be amended to nullify it.
