#176.) Trump wants to fire the Inspector General for deeming the whistleblower’s complaint credible & relaying it to Congress. He wants to fire him FOR DOING HIS JOB AND FOLLOWING THE LAW. That is a flagrant abuse of power. #177.) Rick Gates’ testimony made clear Trump lied when he told Mueller he “did not recall” any conversations with Roger Stone about Wikileaks and only learned about it after it was reported in the media. This is perjury. #178.) Trump posted tweets attacking Yovanovitch AS SHE WAS TESTIFYING BEFORE CONGRESS in the impeachment hearings. If they weren’t going to add an article for felony witness intimidation before, they ABSOLUTELY will now. Well played, stable genius. #179.) Trump continues his abuse of the pardon power by pardoning war criminals. He demonstrates through every action that he is an enemy to the United States. Pardoning these individuals rewards the worst behavior possible. #180.) Trump attacked Jennifer Williams on Twitter ahead of her testimony to House Democrats. Witness intimidation and contempt of Congress are both felonies AND impeachable offenses. He’s making Democrats’ case for them.

#181.) Not content w/ bribing Ukraine, Trump is now bribing GOP senators with reelection campaign money. These people will serve as jurors in his trial. Trump lives & breathes corruption. It’s all he is. A corrupt fraud. #182.) In case bribing @GOPsenators with just money wasn’t enough, Trump has also opened up tax-payer funded Camp David as an “adult playground” to woo them during the impeachment hearings. This is illegal & unconstitutional #182.) Trump: “If I hadn’t fired Comey, I would have been in some trouble right now, because they were coming after me...turned out to be the best move I ever made.” THIS IS A CONFESSION OF OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. #183.) I realize at this point that tax fraud seems almost quaint compared to his other crimes, but it’s still illegal and new records show he did it while in office. #184.) Trump just awarded a $400 million contract for his useless wall—that can be overcome by a ladder or a $100 saw—to a company owned by a @GOPdonor. Steering contracts to specific people who donate to you is illegal. #185.) Trump is gutting our diplomats and career public servants. Imperiling our own national security to consolidate his power and weaken institutions devoted to protecting us is a violation of his oath of office.

#186.) Trump uses a non-secured phone to communicate with world leaders because he fears American officials listening in more than foreign governments. He compromises our national security to protect his traitorous secrets. #187.) Trump keeps retweeting videos and claiming that he wants to remain in office more than 2 terms. He swore to uphold the constitution, which states that no President can serve more than 2 terms. He’s violating his oath. #188.) Russia attacked our election in 2016. It was an act of war against the United States. They are continuing to attack us. And Trump is hosting their leaders in the Oval Office for the second time. This is treason. #189.) Trump is threatening to jail a private citizen over lies he made up about him. Comey did not “admit he was wrong about investigating Trump.” He confessed to some sloppiness in the FISA procedure. Comey is not under investigation for anything. #190.) Trump has left so many vital positions to our national security vacant or with “acting” (i.e. temporary) officials that are not in any way qualified. This is a violation of his oath of office.

@ryanpie3875 #31.) Trump is sending his personal attorney, @RudyGiulianito Ukraine to get its government to help Trump’s reelection by digging up dirt/propaganda on @JoeBiden’s family. This is another blatant violation of electoral law. #32.) The day after the release of the Mueller report, Trump asked McGahn to say that he didn’t believe his push to dismiss the special counsel constituted a crime. This is obstruction of justice and FELONY WITNESS TAMPERING. #33.) Trump is pressuring the Supreme Court to bar lower courts from issuing nationwide injunctions—even if the administration's policies violate the law. This is unconstitutional & violates the independence of the judiciary. #34.) Trump and Stephen Miller wanted to stage highly public mass arrests of undocumented immigrants and their children in 10 American cities. This is obscene and unconstitutional. #35.) Trump is actively trying to draw us into a war w/ Iran via a yearlong campaign of sanctions, withdrawing from the Iran Deal & other measures of aggression. This is pathologically reckless & endangers countless lives.

@pagefella #36.) Trump continues his unconstitutional abuse of the pardon power by handing them out to political cronies & far-right reactionaries who have curried favor with him. His most recent pardon of Conrad Black is no exception. #37.) Trump isn’t just ignoring the Emoluments Clause by not divesting from his businesses, he’s actively using the Presidency to promote his own properties/business, and charging taxpayers for his excursions there while he does so. #38.) Mike Flynn, Trump’s former National Security Advisor, told investigators that people linked to the Trump administration and Congress reached out to him to interfere in the Russia probe. This is obstruction. #39.) In addition to his administration committing war crimes by killing more civilians than any other, Trump is now pardoning war criminals in his most recent abuse of the pardon power & sickening betrayal of American values #40.) Trump told McGahn to ignore House subpoena for him to testify. McGahn is a private citizen, executive privilege was waived, and there is no legal argument to keep him from testifying. This is simply more obstruction.

@AnthonyParsons-yg7xp #46.) Trump betrayed his oath of office again by tweeting praise for the dangerous actions of North Korea’s Kim Jong-Un—the dictator of one of our most dangerous geopolitical adversaries who has murdered American citizens—while attacking Joe Biden. #47.) Trump keeps accusing his political rivals of “Treason.” The Constitution defines treason as “levying war against ” or “giving aid and comfort to our enemies.” Such severe false accusations violate his oath of office. #48.) Trump has authorized Barr to go after members of our intelligence community who took part in the Russia investigation. Using the DOJ to ‘investigate the investigators’ is dangerous, harms nat’l security & is impeachable #49.) Trump keeps insisting “the courts” will save him from impeachment. Someone who fails to grasp the most basic things about our Constitution & how the government works have no business being President of the United States. #50.) Trump finally admitted that Russia “helped him get elected.” Yet he refuses to hold them accountable for interfering and capitulates to Putin on absolutely everything. Trump knows he was not legitimately elected.

Joseph Kasten #51.) Mental Health professionals across the country agree Donald Trump manifests a serious mental illness that renders him psychologically incapable of competently discharging the duties of president of the United States. #52.) Trump keeps trying to influence businesses he has personal issues with. He tried to block the AT&T/Time Warner merger and has waged war against CNN and WaPo for coverage/owners he doesn’t like. This is unconstitutional. #53.) Trump’s WH has instructed Hope Hicks and a former aide to counsel Don McGahn to ignore subpoenas from the Judiciary Committee for documents and testimony. They are instructing them to break the law to protect Trump. #54.) A voicemail was released that Emmett Flood (DJT’s lawyer) left for Mike Flynn (DJT’s former NSA); in which he requests a “heads up” if Flynn plans to cooperate w/ investigators or “share incriminating info about Trump.” #55.) The Trump administration is leaking classified info to conservative media outlets in an attempt to silence and endanger the life of intelligence assets & potential witnesses to Trump’s crimes re: conspiracy with Russia.

Ronald Trump I don’t think people realize just how much Trump did to ensure that this virus is as big of a disaster as possible. Beyond eliminating the team in place for combatting pandemics & gutting the CDC, he’s spent the past 3.5 years convincing 1/3 of the country not to trust the media.
