  2. Regarding Gaetz requesting a pardon: the Supreme Court in 1915 in the Burdick case said a pardon carries with it, “an imputation of guilt and acceptance of a confession of it (guilt).” Seems the same should hold true of a REQUEST for a pardon. Gaetz is circling the drain.
