  1. Just because Jack Smith didn’t bring this or that charge against Donald Trump in the 1/6 case, it doesn’t mean he won’t. We just saw Smith bring superseding charges against Trump in the Mar-a-Lago case. He could easily do the same in the 1/6 case.

  10. One thing being overlooked that shouldn't be: "Trump co-conspirator 4" is Jeffrey Clark. That means the DOJ is on track to indict him for actions he took while he was Assistant Attorney General. Clearly no one is off limits here. Smith will charge anyone he thinks he can convict.
