Comments by "maynunal" (@maynunal) on "'The Five': Democrats BLOW UP as Durham testifies before congress" video.
A federal judge ruled that the two people who guaranteed George Santos’ $500,000 bail will have their names publicly revealed on Thursday — that is, unless his guarantors withdraw their bail guarantee before then. Santos previously said he’d rather GO TO JAIL than release the names. That works for me — how about you?

During a hearing at the House Judiciary Committee, Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff confronted John Durham, the author of the "Durham report" on Trump. Durham attempted to claim that the Justice Department's investigation into Trump and Russia was a hoax. Schiff swiftly intervened, reminding Durham of the key findings from the Mueller investigation. He questioned Durham about Russia's interference in the 2016 election through a social media campaign favoring Trump and disparaging Hillary Clinton, as well as the hacking of Clinton campaign computers. Schiff highlighted Manafort's meetings with Konstantin Kilimnik, a Russian intel operative, and the sharing of polling data. He also emphasized the Trump Tower meeting where incriminating information was sought from a Russian delegation. Durham struggled to respond, eventually admitting he didn't know if such actions violated campaign laws. Schiff effectively challenged Durham's attempt to downplay the significance of the events.

Democratic Rep. Dan Goldman made a significant impact during a hearing concerning the Republican-led hack attempt to censure Rep. Adam Schiff over his investigation of Donald Trump. In a viral moment, Rep. Goldman confronted Republicans for their claim of wanting to "hold members accountable." He pointed out the hypocrisy by referencing George Santos, an alleged liar and indicted individual whom Republicans protect. Rep. Goldman criticized their projection and defense of Donald Trump, deeming it pathetic and beneath the integrity of Congress. His remarks exposed the GOP's true motives, highlighting their pursuit of cheap political points rather than genuine accountability for Rep. Schiff, who had not committed any wrongdoing.
