🚨🚨🚨JUST HOW BAD IS THE MAINE DECISION FOR DONALD TRUMP? We have the answers. 👇 Attorney Joe Gallina discusses Maine’s Secretary of State’s BLOCKBUSTER new decision that could lead to even MORE states barring Donald Trump from the ballot. Here are ALL the facts you need to know: Donald Trump was allegedly recorded in a phone call pressuring Wayne County election officials NOT to certify the results. 2024 RAMIFICATIONS: In a statement posted to the Maine government website, Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows delivered this hard and bitter truth to Donald Trump: He is an insurrectionist, as as such he has been disqualified as a candidate. “(Unlike Donald Trump) no presidential candidate has ever before engaged in insurrection…” THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING: Right now, there are FOUR cases in state courts that are attempting to Barr Trump from ballots there: -Michigan -Oregon -New Jersey -Wisconsin There are ELEVEN Federal District Court cases ongoing analyzing the same question: -Alaska -Arizona -Nevada -New Mexico -New York -South Carolina -Texas -Vermont -Virginia -West Virginia -Wyoming Ultimately, the United States Supreme Court could step in to decide whether Trump can be on a ballot in any state. BUT SO FAR THEY HAVE ONLY RESPONDED WITH SILENCE. I think we are going to see even MORE states bar Trump from the ballot. Colorado and Maine are only the first to do so.” For the rest of this story and a detailed analysis of where these cases are in the courts, read our newsletter! The link is in our bio!

BREAKING: Nuclear bombshell hits MAGA world as Maine officially bars Donald Trump from its state primary ballot — making it the second state in the country to do so over his insurrectionism. This is code red for Trump's 2024 campaign... Maine's Secretary of State Shenna Bellows made the decision to bar Trump because the 14th Amendment to the Constitution explicitly states that insurrectionist cannot hold political office. "I do not reach this conclusion lightly," wrote Bellows wrote. “Democracy is sacred … I am mindful that no Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment. I am also mindful, however, that no presidential candidate has ever before engaged in insurrection.” Bellows' decision will almost certainly be appealed.
