  4. Donald Trump's disastrous year worsens as he's hit with a disgusting new allegation that sounds all too true. A New Jersey man claims that when he visited Trump International Beach Resort in Florida a "searing" pool deck and beach sand led to "devastating" third-degree burns and the subsequent amputation of his toe and part of his foot. The surfaces were allegedly not adequately monitored by staff and because the man suffers from diabetic neuropathy, he could not feel that he was being horrifically burned. It caused gangrene and swelling that necessitated amputation. The man is suing Trump International Hotels Management and developer Dezer Properties for an undetermined sum because the resort was clearly negligent and had not posted signs anywhere warning visitors to wear footwear.
