  3. Stealing those assets will do absolutely ZERO for Ukraine. It will prolong the war, but not change the outcome. Ukraine's army is already worn out, a collapse would be a mercy. But more importantly, it WILL harm the West. Alot. That 300 billion dollars, it's not worth it. Also sanctioning China is a VERY bad idea. China can and probably will retaliate 10 fold.
