  2. USA was afriad of Russia-China relations getting too strong, so what did the USA do? Sanction Russia with draconian sanctions and cut them off swift. On top of that, sanction China and be a threat. Yeah, the amateurs in Washington DC just created an enemy who will do everything they can to undermine the dollar, and it will work. I have to assume in a decade or maybe less.
