  3.  @cmvy  Russia gained something very important from this war. Like a piece of Ukraine, alternative markets and a weaker West. Sure, the West keep providing money and weapons to Ukraine, but for how long? The USA does not benefit from this war, certainly not the citizens. All gains are short-term, it will cost alot in the long-term. The biggest loser here is the EU. Ukraine has a chance to survive, even when fully defeated. Russia would help rebuild it, to keep the country under Russian sphere of influence. But who will rebuild Europe? Who will help them rebuild their industries? Not America, their LNG's will remain expensive and no way Europe can maintain their industries. They will lose them all to USA and China. And considering USA is in a bad state as well, they might all go to China in the end. It's why USA wants a war with China, to prevent their ascension. If America wants to stand a chance against China or atleast not fall apart they have to sacrifice Europe. And as long as this war continues, it will be difficult to contain China. Europe is the biggest loser, and if they were to break and make 180 on Russia, then USA will be the biggest loser. America made a big mistake starting this Ukraine war.

  7.  @emiliospowerballer1441  Europe relied on Russian oil and gas, cheap and reliable. Nuclear is also from Russia, and so is coal. Green energy doesn't work. Europe cut Russia off, so they're going broke.

Every talking point of the EU has been in the interest of the USA. Breaking ties with Russia and China hurts Europe alot more. If the citizens want to be free, they must vote for anti-EU politicians and leave the EU. Only way.
