Fascist Soviet Union collapsed in 1991 and Kyrgyzstan is no longer a colony of Russia. Kyrgyzstan as an independent and sovereign country can protect itself. It doesn't need the patronage of a third country. Especially a pirate state who invaded the land of neighbors and communist one-party regimes. .
