Turkish government officially offered to open Ottoman archives and proposed the establishment of a joint historical commission but it was rejected by diaspora-led armenian government!! Why didn't you accept Mr. Sarkisian ? For the past days, ur government indefinitely suspended to protocols that regulate the relationship between Turkey and Armenia. I don't think that Armenia is looking for peace and solution. It is a fact, Turkey will never recognize these baseless armenian theories..
