  1. Theories... since October 30, 2013 Turkey officially recognizes ISIL as a "terrorist organization". These weapons probably were sent to the Syrian opposition, National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces or Syrian National Council!!Because Turkey wants to overthrow the illegitimate Assad regime. It's just perception operation of incapable opposition media in Turkey and enemies of Turkey!!!
