Frankly, I'm not optimistic about this issue. Southern Greek administration is always running away from the negotiating table. Greek Cypriots doesn't want a solution that is seen clearly in the Annan Plan in 2004. ENOSIS dream is not yet over 50 years. But I am sure of one thing. Turkey will never renounce the guarantor rights!
