@mamdouh-Tawadros Not necessarily. Just bc it has been around for 3000 y doesn't mean that it is rock solid. It might be very fragile. In any case, in this case, it is solid.

@SweetOne. Interesting. It's sort of like the arch shape that we see in ancient churches. When the keystone, at the top, is installed, the compression forces make the structure very durable and make it resistant to cave in. I saw a documentary about an ancient chinese city that needed tall towers to observe enemy invasions. Since the area is prone to earthquakes, they decided to build the tower as an elongated star shape instead of a elongated square shape. I don't remember what age they gave the towers. There was a bunch of them scattered in the middle of forest. Only one of them had collapsed.

Was it is called the lost golden city? Who lived there. Any clay tablets with things written? How was the age determined to be 3000 y?
