  2. Yes, you are missing a lot. This news article is misleading. The delays were caused by the trolley being stopped at the traffic light at cuayamaca and mission gorge, and those delays, trickled down the entire line, all the way to down town. Also, santee city leaders have been very outspoken about the homeless ending up in santee, due to it being the end of the line. Hopefully needing to get off and take a second trolley, form El Cajon to santee, will prevent a lot of those people from joyriding into santee, and causing headaches for santee fire department, when they OD and have other drunken types of incidents. But running a single unit to the last 3 stops, will also save a ton of money for MTS.
