  2.  Shinshocks  then perhaps we can write that in our verdict before publishing it. Civil court does this all the time. People get charged, and sometime the charge is dismissed

  3.  Shinshocks  you can find the name of the accused in many cases unless there’s a gag order from the judge, I don’t see every accused’s house being burned down
