It seems that how you trying to back up logically your idea of racism is by saying it takes away from others but that's not a logical way to think about it, that's an emotional way to think about it. That being said you are free to have your own personal idea of what the definition is but it doesn't mean it is the real definition.

That means the definition says it is usually someone who is marginalized or minority but it does not mean it is exclusively those who are marginalized or a minority. Therefore the definition you just provided proved my point.

The term originates back from slavery times when a white slave owner would crack their whip at their slaves earning them that term. Obviously times have changed and that is not a thing anymore yet it is still thrown at white people in a negative manner despite the fact that there's no actual grounding for it. If you look it up in the Oxford dictionary it is deemed offensive. You may disagree but the majority is against your opinion.
